A rare PG-13 horror thriller, and starring some of today's fastest rising young stars, "The Haunting of Molly Hartley" unfolds at first like a teen drama as Molly tries to start her life all over again after surviving her mother's attack on her in a midst of a psychotic breakdown. Her father enrolled Molly in a new school to help with the trauma and start a new life. Everyone wants to help Molly succeed in moving past her mother's madness. Her father keeps a close watch over her. Even the school's psychologist is doing everything in her power to help her get a fresh lease on life. Or so it seems...However, as her 18th birthday approaches, Molly must deal with both the stress of being a new student and with the continuing nightmares she has of her mother's attack. Eventually, Molly discovers that her mother and others who share her concerns want her killed in order to save her from a preordained life as a servent to the Devil. It's revealed that Molly had died as the result of a miscarriage and her parents made a pact with the Devil to save her life. But they only have her untill her 18th birthday; after that she belonged to the Devil. Now, Molly can either kill her father to break the pact or turn over to the Devil.
